2. We'll confirm via email and provide you with instructions on payment, your order total and shipping/delivery information.

How to pay for your order:

1. For your security, we process all credit cards via phone or accept Paypal.  We'll call you to confirm your order and obtain your American Express, Visa or Mastercard number.

2. For check or other methods of payment, pay at the time of pick-up or delivery, or we accept payments via mail.

What your local delivery fees?
In the San Jose area including Los Gatos, Saratoga, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Mountain View and Milpitas = $12.00.  All other delivery areas are $15.  For a listing of our delivery cities, please visit our front page at www.thebestgourmetgifts.com.  For special deliveries to areas not listed, please contact us.  We have courier services to the cities we don't deliver to.

Can you create a basket with items I already have?
Yes!  We do it quite a bit!  If you have a particular item or items that have sentimental value or things you've just purchased, it's no problem for us to include them in a custom basket or create the basket completely out of your items.  There is a nominal charge for assembly and supplies.

How much time is needed to place an order?   Can you do same or next day deliveries?
We can do gifts in as little as one day, especially those from our standard product line or with little customization. However, for custom gifts that require personal shopping, we will need a week minimum depending on the gift and personalization.   In most cases, we can do same day and next day deliveries.  We'll do our very best to make it happen.

Is there a fee for customizing a basket? 
No.  There are no extra charges for customization only the charge of the items we're including for you.

I need more then just a gift, what do you recommend?
We can plan weekends, dates, dinners, tickets and much more - just give us a budget and we'll do the rest.  We'll even get gift cards to go with your gifts.
